Matrix products are with high quality; therefore for consumers to trust Matrix products, we are giving 15 month warranty from the date it was purchased. In order to activate your product warranty you must register with matrix US. To register your product just fill out the form below coming with your equipment and mail it to the address at the bottom of this page, or fill out the form on  matrix u.s. website at www.matrixus.com/warranty.htm.  The warranty is very simple and straight. We have the lowest failure rate in the industry, and ISO certified. Therefore we are offering consumers a 15 month no hassle warranty. The warranty is for manufacture defects only, any damage caused by natural causes are not under the warranty. The warranty voids if the box has been opened or tampered in any way. Shipping damages are to be dealt with the shipping company. If your product is within the 15 months, from the date of purchase simply bring the unit and the invoice/receipt of your purchase, to the vendor where you purchased your unit from or you can contact us at support@matrixus.com to arrange a return authorization number.
