Every once in a while TV stations go to a different Transponder or maybe to a new transponder, that is not programmed in your receiver. To update your matrix receiver you do not need to add new channels or transponders manually. It is all done with the press of one button. To Update your matrix receiver do the followings:

1. Go to menu
2. Press  installation
3.  Here press the Red Button on your remote. When you press on the red button make sure the scan bar goes to 100%. IF the scan stopped at 50%  press exit button on your remote to cancel the download. If the scan stops at 50% and you do not press exit it would download wrong channels with wrong frequencies. If scan stopped at 50%, after you press exit, repeat these step again until the scan goes up to 100%. When the scan goes up to 100% press OK and download begins. When download is finished press exit until you are back to the screen.
